		<description>Alex there was (or still is, I have to check this) a BUCIX! The original name is BuhIX ( your explanation fits perfectly here).  This IXP was active in the dark age, late 1990s, and it provided mainly private peering services. You can still see the fossilized webpage : http://www.buhix.ro/index.htm . Notice the fancy Frontpage template and the cool ASCII art matrix.</description>

		<description>A funny thing about IXPs: often, an IXP&#039;s name is formed from the 3-letter code of the city in which it resides, plus the &quot;IX&quot; suffix. For example, Amsterdam IXP is called AMSIX. Thus, RONIX was first called BUCIX :D 
After they realized that BUCIX doesn&#039;t sound so good in Romanian, they renamed it to RONIX.</description>
